Samantha's Movie-sewing

My DGG and I have watched the Samantha Movie 6 times in three days. We love it.

She loves costumes and dressing like her doll. I sew. Has anybody seen the plaid fabric that was used for Samantha's school uniform dress anywhere?

I know that AG has exclusive fabrics for many of their doll clothes, but I have found a few basic fabrics online. If anybody has a favorite fabric site (or doll trims), please let me know.

Believe me when I say that the AG clothes are really worth the money. When you look for fabric and see the prices of the trims, you can't make the items for less most of the time.

We are lucky to find quality clothes for AG dolls. I hope they stay that way.

Yeah I agree with you. There are a couple of dresses in the movie that I haven't seen for the doll that I wish AG would make. Like the Teal and white outfit when she was playing the piano for Aunt Cornelia. Or the one she wore in Grandmary's parlor after she got the package from Uncle Gard.

I saw the movie last year. I have the cd just have not had time to watch it again.
